OVERVIEW
Located where downtown meets the West End, Modern is at the centre of the long- established west end community with front door access to bicycle paths and the central business district.
 
The architectural design incorporates two forms of both a vibrant, colourful block form as well as striking sophisticated south elevation with striking balconies overlooking False Creek and English Bay. Modern was a finalist in the 2016 UDI Awards for Best Residential Urban High-Rise and the Vancouver Sun Readers' Choice Award for Best High-Rise.
