Amacon has donated $75,000 to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation to support research studies aimed at developing and testing treatments for Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE). EoE is estimated to affect approximately 1 in 2000 individuals worldwide, many of whom are diagnosed as young children. While a cure is still being researched, there are treatments and diets which help alleviate symptoms. Amacon is determined to make a difference and support the research initiative to help change the lives of kids with EoE today and in the future.
